Favourite music: Teitur

By chance I ended up at Teitur’s concert in Munich a couple of weeks ago. A friend had insisted on me joining her there, I had never heard of Teitur before. I absolutely didn’t regret going, had a great night and now one more musician to watch.

Teitur (Lassen as his full name says) is a young singer-songwriter from the Faeroe Islands. He’s been very popular in Scandinavia and Iceland and with his latest album “Let the Dog Drive Home” he is making his way into Middle European charts.

I was totally taken with the melancholy and deepness of his songs, can’t wait to hear more of him!
