Nuit Blanche á Munich + Outfit

Last night there was the "Lange Nacht der Musik" (lit: Long Night of Music) in Munich, some kind of Nuit Blanche concept, but only in terms of music. So you buy a ticket for 15 € and then you can attend performances of 220 different artists in 120 different places. Many play in Bars, Lounges or Public Spaces, but also some of the big public concert halls are involved, like the National Theatre and the Philharmonic. Between the venues 4 special bus lines were circulating.

We wanted to go to a Portuguese bar to listen to Fado music, but the place turned out to be over crowded already, so we went on the Philharmonic Hall, which offered the largest programme, from Classical to Swing, Rock, Jazz, Folk, Bavarian Rap, Pop etc.

What a I like about this sort of event is that you get the chance to listen to music you normally would not get in touch with. Of course running from one venue to an other one can get very stressful and annoying, but in my opinion the basic point is not to expect too much and to be in an easy mood and open for new things.

Sh**y pictures, I’m sorry, my reflex camera broke and I had to have it sent back to Dr. Canon. Moreover those are my very first outfit pictures ever. I see there’s still much room for improvement! ;)
