2nd Breakfast for today: Cafe Belstner/LA

If you ever happen to be in the medieval Bavarian town of Landshut – check out this cafe! My Mom had an appointment in that city and afterwards we looked for a place to have a snack and found this one. Lovely, yet borderline over-the-top baroque interieur, which I didn’t expect in that small city and delicious cakes. First we decided to go for one of their breakfast choices: French, which is simply a croissant and a hot drink and also ordered some fresh orange juice, then one of the ladies next to us got this very promising “Zigeuner” (gipsy) cake, so we shared one, too. I also liked the very familial atmosphere which I don’t know from big Munich. The confectioner used to be a Royal Warrant Holder. link
